Office of the District Judge, Sundargarh has issued a notification for
the recruitment of Junior Clerk cum Copyist, Junior Typist & Junior
Stenographer (Grade-III) vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply in the
prescribed application format on or before 03-09-2016. Other details

Age Limit: Candidates
age should be between 18-32 years as on the last date of receipt of
application. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per
rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess at least Diploma in Computer Application, +2
certificate examination conducted by the Council constituted under
section-3 of the Odisha Higher Secondary Education Act. 1982 or
equivalent examination from a recognized institution.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on viva-voce test & interview.
Application Fee:
Candidates should pay Rs.100/- in the shape of Government Treasury
Challan under the head “0070- other administrative
services-01-Administration of Justice-501- Services and service fees-
0010-charge for service provided-02177- examination fee for recruitment
conducted by Orissa District and Subordinate Courts”. No fee for SC/ ST
candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible
candidates send their application in the prescribed format along with
self attested copies of all relevant certificates, recent passport size
photograph, two self addressed envelopes each affixing postage stamps of
Rs. 22/- on each, should be sent to The Registrar, Civil Courts,
Sundargarh, At/ Po. Sundargarh, Pin: 770001, District- Sundargarh by
Speed post/ Registered Post only on or before 03-09-2016.
