candidates for filling up of the following posts on permanent basis:-
Upper age limit for the Un Reserved (UR) post is 25 years; post reserved for OBC the upper age limit
is 28 years;
post reserved for SC or ST the upper age limit is 30 years as
on 07.01.2017. The upper age limit for Differently abled candidate is 35 years for Un Reserved (UR), 38 years for OBC, 40 years.for SC & ST.
Minimum age is 18 years. No age relaxation is
given for OBC, SC/ST applying for Un Reserved (UR) posts.
The age relaxation for Departmental candidates is
upto 40 years in case of General
category and 45 years in
case of SC/ST candidates. Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen is applicable as per rules.
Last date of receipt of application is 09.01.2017 & last date for candidates residing in remote areas is 16.01.2017. Application forms can be downloaded from our

It is intimated that the name of post Secondary Grade Teacher at SI. No. 1 of
this office Employment Notification No. STM/ADM/Employ/2016/2645 dated 20th Sep'2016 stands cancelled.

Attach nvo passport size photographs , one is
affixed in application form and other
enclosed in the application
form.
The date & time of written
test, as the case may be, will be informed separately only to the candidates found eligible.
9.. The candidates have to pay fixed fee of Rs. 200/- through Demand Draft
issued by any Nationalised Bank
drawn in favour of the "Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board,
St. Thomas Mount" & payable
at Chennai, which should be enclosed with the application form. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/differently abled are exempted
from payment of fee.

Interested candidates may send their applications along
with self attested
xerox copies of documents like caste certificate, completion of TET certificate, qualification certificates, certificates showing

date, incomplete or without essential
documents shall not be considered, whatsoever. This office shall not be responsible for any postal delay. The CEO reserves every right to accept/reject the application form.
